When using the Gemini AI option, the system will perform a deep analysis of skills, experience, and project requirements using Google's advanced AI to provide more nuanced matching with detailed explanations.

Match Score Meaning:

85-100% Excellent match
70-84% Good match
50-69% Acceptable match
Below 50%: Not shown in results
